Full Job Description: 

HR and Payroll Administrator Job, Rivonia, Gauteng, South Africa

Key Result Areas 

Payroll processing (including assistance with EMP201, EMP501 and WCA submissions)

 Employment Equity tracking and reporting

 Skills development tracking and reporting

 BBBEE data compilation and reporting

 General HR duties Knowledge

 Grade 12 / Matric

 Diploma / Certificate or BCom Degree

 Sound knowledge of Payroll principles and processing (including tax)

 Sound knowledge of Accounting principles

 Knowledge of relevant regulatory framework, such as BCEA, LRA, SDA, EEA and BBBEE

 Financial and business acumen / value-add thinking

 Bilingual – English & Afrikaans (German would be advantageous)


 Minimum of 2 years working experience in an administrative or finance position

 Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous Technical Skills

 Computer literate and familiar with standard MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

 Pastel Payroll (version 2022) knowledge would be advantageous

 Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

 Strong planning and organisation skills
