A prestigious and established international Executive Search firm is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has broad-based marketing skills and experience. A key element of this role is the ability to develop content and implement the overall marketing strategy, including communication for online platforms.

Full Job Description: 

Key responsibilities

Assist in the development of a marketing strategy for the business and affiliated brands

Drive external communications strategy

Develop content strategy in conjunction with the team

Write content and proof read external communications – provide quality guidance on documentation

Drive the digital strategy being:

o             Social media

o             Newsletter

o             Blogs

Lead on the high visibility projects

Appropriate communication of events


Key Performance Deliverables

•             Little to no input on approval of content pieces once the angle and structure have been discussed and approved.

•             High quality written work with zero grammatical errors.

•             Quick turnaround in delivering work.

•             Overall strategic view and understanding of brand and marketing strategy

•             Ongoing social media engagement

•             The growth of Newsletter subscriptions

•             The growth of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter followers
