Short Job Description: 

Dynamic branding agency requires an office administrator/assistant to aid Director with general daily duties. 5 Hours a day flexible work hours.

Full Job Description: 

Duties include

  • Loading of information onto Excel
  • Compile basic PowerPoint presentation information
  • Must be able to do mundane duties for example organise stock room or go online to order coffee for the office 
  • Contact temporary workers with project information as well as confirm availability
  • Capture invoices and aid with reconciliations
  • Assist the Director with general administration to ensure quality control measures are maintained
