Our client provides marketing service and software to Insurance brokers and requires a motivated Sales Representative who can help expand the business in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of insurance brokers and the issues they face. This is a work from home, flexi hour role, commission only.

Full Job Description: 

This position will initially be building a customer base in Gauteng and then nurturing that base.

  • Ensure all important communication and information regarding clients, leads and pipelines are updated regularly.

Skills and Competencies

  • A competitive drive and passionate will to succeed
  • Matric or equivalent.
  • Own Transport (with a valid driver’s license).
  • RSA Citizen with minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Robust knowledge of the insurance broker industry and must be able to understand client requirements and to specify dynamic solutions.
  • Happy to make cold calls and perform presentations.
  • Must be fluent in English and be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
  • Can motivate one’s self and can work independently to meet targets.
  • Must be able to follow through with completing required tasks and responsibilities, and be able to independently and creatively find ways to build the business.

The ideal candidate will:
