#WinningWomen: we applaud RecruitMyMom clients

It’s a privilege for us to recognise and applaud the partners, clients, candidates and members of the RecruitMyMom community during Women’s Month each year. Each person and company has contributed to a change in the workplace for women, for the better.

This particular year is a very special one for us as a company as RecruitMyMom celebrates a decade of relevance and positive social impact. In this blog, we’ve compiled five interviews with five of our clients who we recognise as #WinningWomen because of the positive impact they are having in their different spheres of influence.

To celebrate the work of Keri-Leigh Paschal, Busi Raphekwane, Nicole McIntyre, Ayiesha Solomon and Emma Dicks, and the companies they represent, we asked them the following three questions:

1. What does your organisation do?

2. Why do you use RecruitMyMom for your recruiting?

3. Why do you believe it is important to hire women?

Each of these women hold influential positions within the organisations they represent, and at RecruitMyMom, we are honoured to work closely with them in their recruitment processes.

1. Keri-Leigh Paschal: Mergon

There are so many talented women out there who contribute so much to society through their work and are not always able to by virtue of the way business can be structured. Women bring a different dynamic and way of thinking into teams and so it's important for that richness of diversity to provide flexibility needed to support women in the workplace.

"I love that RecruitMyMom really looks for ways to increase the flexibility that allows women who have incredible skill sets, knowledge and understanding to be in the marketplace."

This Women's Month we applaud Keri-Leigh Paschal who is the Executive Head of Nation Builder and Ziwani at Mergon for helping a community of business leaders to achieve the greatest possible positive impact in our country.

Mergon is an entrepreneurial investment company that exists to create Kingdom impact and equip others to do the same. To find out more about this, visit the Mergon website below.
